1125 EXECUTIVE CIRCLE WELCOMES PROSPER HOSPITALITY, LLC.
IRVING, TEXAS, January 31, 2019 — 1125 Executive, LLC is pleased to announce that it has signed a long-term lease with Prosper Hospitality, LLC for 2,000-square-feet in its building located at 1125 Executive Circle in Irving. The new lease brings the 30,000-square-foot office building, which was purchased in 2016, to over ninety percent occupied.
Prosper Hospitality, LLC is a self-managed hospitality investment group specializing in acquiring and reorganizing distressed assets with a primary focus on acquiring and owning branded, select-service hotels in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
