Venkat Thumma

Venkat brings a diverse international legal background to the firm, with experience spanning general corporate law, civil litigation, and U.S. immigration law. He currently works with the EB-5 team as a Law Clerk, where he focuses on due diligence of source of funds documentation and client communication.

Venkat began his legal career in India, where he served as an Associate Attorney handling general corporate matters and civil litigation. He is a licensed Advocate at the High Court for the State of Telangana, India.

He holds an LL.M. in American Law with a concentration in International Business Practice from Boston University School of Law and had attended NALSAR University of Law and Osmania University—two of India’s premier law schools, to secure an integrated B.A. LL.B. degree. Following his master’s degree, Venkat gained experience at a law firm, working on a range of employment-based immigration matters.

Venkat is fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, which allows him to effectively communicate with a wide range of clients. His unique blend of international education and cross-border legal experience positions him well to assist clients navigating the EB-5 immigration process
