The Patel Law Group is looking to add a Corporate and Real Estate Attorney to their practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating various kinds of business-related contracts, drafting corporate documents, transactions and advising on corporate, real estate and securities issues and compliance. Specifically, the candidate will have experience drafting PPMs or syndicated deals, along with being able to review and draft real estate and multi-family contracts. The candidate should also have a strong desire to be a direct contributor in a dynamic and collaborative working environment, and be an energetic and creative problem-solver with superior interpersonal and client-management skills. - 3+ years of practice experience
- Transactional. Strong transactional drafting experience that can draft corporate documents, transactions, and ideally private offering documents, and other related documents without the need for constant supervision.

Compensation
Commensurate with market depending on experience. Discretionary annual bonus.
