Tiffany is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association for Legal Assistants. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sam Houston State University. She then received a paralegal certificate from the Center of Advanced Legal Studies, where she graduated with Honors.
She started at PLG in 2017 and has since grown into a leader of the PLG Immigration Team. Currently, she is the Supervisor Paralegal within the Immigration Department, where she utilizes her knowledge of both employment-based and family-based immigration matters to lead the team towards achieving positive outcomes.
Tiffany has over 10 years of experience with a variety of employment-based and family-based matters. Her expertise within the employment-based includes H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, F-1, OPT/STEM OPT, PERM, I-140 (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3) and I-485. Her family-based experience includes Spousal/Parent petitions including adjustment of status, Consular Processing, Fiancé visas, Removal of conditions for conditional green card holders, Hardship Waivers and Naturalization.
