Berenice has been a dedicated Immigration Paralegal for over ten years. Having been through the US immigration process herself, first as a DACA recipient to eventually becoming a U.S. citizen, Berenice fully understands the importance of having a knowledgeable and committed team handling your case and providing timely communication and effective services throughout the entire process.

Employment-Based Immigration

Berenice’s knowledge of employment-based cases ranges from H-1B, L-1, E-1, E-2, E-3, TN, F-1, OPT, STEM OPT, Day 1 CPT, PERM, I-140 Immigrant Petitions, I-485, to EB-5 funds sourcing, and Consular Processing for nonimmigrant. Berenice regularly assists in preparing complex responses to “Request for Evidence” from USCIS and U.S. Embassies.

Furthermore, Berenice enjoys conducting research for unique immigration scenarios, and contributing to the firm’s Immigration Newsletters with case studies or articles of trending immigration topics.

Family-Based Immigration

With a firsthand understanding of family unification, Berenice is dedicated to ease the uncertainty of families during their often-long waits on their immigration resolutions. She has considerable experience preparing I-601A Waivers, Family/Fiancé Petitions, DACA, Removal of Conditions and Naturalization.

Furthermore, Berenice enjoys conducting research for unique immigration scenarios, and staying up to date with the latest immigration trends to better assist clients.
