Chris is a Partner at PLG, based out of Dallas, Texas and leads the PLG Immigration team. Chris represents individuals and corporate clients in the DFW metroplex and throughout the U.S., in all aspects of Immigration Law, and prides himself on providing fast and effective legal advice to help individuals and businesses achieve their goals.

Employment-based Immigration

On the employment side Chris primarily focuses on H-1B, H-2B, L-1, E-2, E-3, TN, F-1, OPT/STEM OPT, Day 1 CPT, PERM, I-140 (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3) and I-485. Chris has expert knowledge and in-depth experience in responding to Requests for Further Evidence (RFEโ€™s), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDโ€™s), Department of Labor PERM audits and Consular issued 221g requests.

Chris advises companies in the IT Consulting, Engineering, Accounting, Medical Pharmaceutical and Hospitality sectors, to name but a few, and helps them navigate the ever-changing immigration landscape. His advice on H-1B petitions and green card processing is essential to helping owners bring on board the best possible talent.

Family-Based Immigration

On the family side, Chris represents individuals all over the U.S. and understands the importance of maintaining family unity. Chris is an Immigrant himself, originally from the U.K., and like so many individuals he moved to the U.S. to pursue the American dream and make a better life for himself and his family. He is aware of the frustrations and complications associated with the Immigration process and is committed to helping clients achieve their long-term goal to become a Permanent Resident or a U.S. Citizen.
