Claudia provides experienced and dedicated paralegal support to our clients at our immigration department here at PLG. Claudia immigrated to the United States in April of 2001 and loves her job where she can make a difference in people’s life. She understands the challenges faced by our clients and the burdens they have to go through because of the language barrier, lack of understanding of the immigration process, and financial challenges.

Employment-based Immigration

Claudia has demonstrated professionalism and commitment with our company clients and their employees. She has experience handling all aspects of Employment-Base for H-1B, H-2B, L-1, E-3, TN, DACA, TPS, PERM, I-140 (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3) and I-485 filings.

Family-based Immigration

Claudia knows how important is for families to remain together. She provides assistance with Spousal/Parent petitions, Adjustment of status, Consular Processing, Fiancé visas, Removal of conditions for conditional green card holders, Hardship Waivers, and Naturalization filings.

Investment Immigration

Claudia collaborates with our attorneys in all the EB-5 investment cases from I-526 filings to the Removal of Conditions filed in the United States and Consular Processing.
