Erica Payne

As a Supervisor Paralegal for Patel Law Group, Erica assists attorneys in the areas of Business, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration. Her role consists of entity formation, document preparation and due diligence review with commercial and residential closings, and estate planning and administration document preparation. Erica’s prior professional legal experience includes working with regional firms like Winstead PC and Thompson & Knight LLP where she assisted with due diligence review and commercial closings. Erica obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from South University, where she graduated with honors. In her free time, Erica enjoys reading, attending sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
