Meet Jacqueline Trevino
Jacqueline is an Associate Attorney on PLG’s Immigration team. Her journey in immigration law is fueled by a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those navigating the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.
Jacqueline’s practice is focused on EB-5 investor visas and documenting the lawful source and path of investment funds, which is an integral part of the EB-5 application process. She also handles family and employment-based immigration cases and has experience with PERM, I-140, H-1B, R-1, I-485, and drafting detailed responses to Requests for Evidence.
Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During her third year of law school, Jacqueline interned with PLG’s Immigration team. While in law school, Jacqueline was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Latin American Law Student Association and volunteered to mentor first-year law students.
