The EB-5 Visa, also known as the Immigrant Investor Program, provides a pathway to U.S. residency for foreign investors who invest in an America business that creates at least 10 permanent jobs. This program is designed to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment.

The EB-5 Visa offers several benefits, the most prominent of which is permanent residency for the investor and their immediate family members. It grants permanent U.S. residency and eligibility for U.S. citizenship after 5 years. Unlike some other visa categories, EB-5 visa holders can work and live anywhere in the United States. Additionally, they have access to the U.S. education system, with potential in-state tuition benefits at public universities and colleges.

You must invest a minimum of $1.05 million in a new commercial enterprise (NCE). If the NCE is in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), which is a rural area or an area with high unemployment, the minimum investment amount is reduced to $800,000. The investment must generate at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. citizens or green card holders within two years of the investment. Additionally, your investment must be at risk for the purpose of generating a return, meaning, it cannot be a guaranteed investment.

5. Conditional Green Card:

6. I-829 Petition:
